If you are dsssatisfied with our product, we will accept your unused/unopend straw and give you a full refund wihtin a 30-day window. Please contact us by sending the photo of the product and send to info@BeGreenStraw.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
